Talk to a person, not a ticket queue
Undertone is built by one person. There's no support team, no chatbot, and no auto-reply — if you write in, you're writing to the person who built the app, and you'll hear back from that same person.
Fastest way to reach me: email furkankar6@icloud.com directly. I read every message myself and I usually reply within a day.
What to include
A little context saves a round trip. If it applies, mention: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and — for anything billing-related — the email address on your App Store account (not needed for anything else; Undertone doesn't have accounts).
Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Undertone subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by Apple — I never see your payment details and can't cancel it from my end. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Undertone → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the current period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple, not through me — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or via Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If Apple's flow doesn't resolve it, email me and I'll help however I can.
Is my chat data safe?
Short version: Undertone has no accounts, stores nothing on its servers, and never uses your conversations to train anything. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
My WhatsApp import isn't working
Make sure you exported "Without Media" from WhatsApp's Export Chat option — that keeps the file small enough to import. If it still fails, email me the exact error you see (a screenshot helps) and I'll dig in.
I found a bug
Tell me what you did right before it happened, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots or screen recordings make it much faster for me to fix.
How long until I hear back?
Usually within a day. It's one person reading every email, so occasionally it takes a bit longer — but nothing gets lost, and nothing gets a form-letter reply.
